The working principle is to use the joule heat generated when pulse current flows through molybdenum alloy high resistance material to heat the welding way. Type K thermocouple is connected at the front end of the heating cutter head, and the generated power feeds back to the control power supply in real time to ensure the correctness of the set temperature.

Pulse current heating is an instantaneous heating mode, which is powered on only when the solder needs to be melted. After the solder melts, it stops powering on, cools, and pressurizes until the solder solidifies.
